We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead large-scale Battery Energy Storage System projects in the Newcastle region.


">Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of project resources and structure for efficient implementation
  • Leadership of balance of plant elements, managing program, budget, and resources
  • Championing safety and environmental performance across the project
  • Providing strong leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors
  • Effective communication with client field representatives
  • Timely, high-quality, and on-budget project delivery

">Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing full lifecycle construction programs
  • Site-based experience as a Site or Construction Manager in renewables or construction
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments
  • Civil and/or electrical knowledge
  • Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
  • Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance
