Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our Junior School pastoral care program. The successful applicant will have a sound knowledge of early years students and suitable pastoral care strategies, and demonstrate excellence in their classroom leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive pastoral care strategy that promotes student wellbeing and inclusion.
  • Support student voice, effective partnerships, and the implementation of the Science of Wellbeing across the Junior School.
Requirements:
  • Suitable tertiary qualifications, preferably a postgraduate qualification in a field related to education or pastoral care.
  • Registration to teach in South Australia or eligibility to obtain registration.
  • Understanding of and commitment to Christian education values.
  • Ability to set high standards for student behaviour and teacher performance.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to equal opportunity and workplace safety.
