Cyber Security Governance and Risk Management Lead

Our organization seeks an experienced cyber security risk management professional to lead our global framework. This individual will develop and maintain policies, procedures, and certifications for ongoing compliance with regulations.

  • Establish a cyber risk assessment methodology/framework to track and report on security risks in line with business risk tolerance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to renew certifications for client bids and projects.
  • Work with business units to identify security requirements through risk and business impact assessments.
  • Provide guidance and support on risk management practices and processes.
  • Participate in process design and enhancements to assess supplier security compliance.
  • Engage with auditors and regulators to understand emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
About the Role:
  • 8-10 years of experience in risk management or cyber security functions.
  • Proven track record in creating and maintaining threat models and risk management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of best practices in IT security hardware and software, identity and access management.
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience leading multiple teams globally.
