About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate training and development programs that enhance the skills base across Food Services.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery and evaluation of established training programs for a range of blended learning initiatives for all levels of staff within Food Services.
- Coordinate scheduling of trainers as appropriate for specialized training, such as Infection Control.
- Maintain staff induction and orientation programs and resources, and develop or facilitate targeted, specific training sessions and programs as required for individual staff.
- Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge and comply with training and development programs, policies, standards, systems, and relevant legislation.
