Training And Development Coordinator

**_The core capability requirements for this role are:
Conduct needs analysis in conjunction with management to determine training requirements of staff and contribute to the development of strategies to meet these requirements.
Lead the development, and delivery of Custody and Property training programs in accordance with policies, best practices, procedures and standards.
Provide high level strategic advice to senior management on organisational Custody and Property training initiatives that support a compliance driven and continuous improvement culture.
Undertake assessment of staffing Custodial and Property management capabilities and prepare reports based on these assessments.
Establish and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable effective coordination, development, and delivery of training solutions to advance the Custody and Property Management capabilities of the QPS.
Undertake the assessment and evaluation of internal training and development programs.
Establish and maintain information management and other administrative systems to monitor the training and assessment of staff.
Role Requirements:
Mandatory
- There are no mandatory requirements for this role, however, formal qualifications in Assessment and Training (e.g. Certificate IV or higher) or accredited tertiary qualification in adult education would be highly regarded.
Other
- The position will be based in Brisbane however local and intrastate travel may be required to deliver training.
