Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our front line team.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service across various areas, including the bar, gaming, and concierge services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and guests
  • Work effectively in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
  • Perform duties independently and as part of a team
  • Operate point of sale systems, handle cash and process transactions accurately
  • Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the venue
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service role
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills
  • A willingness to build long-term relationships with customers
  • The ability to work independently and in a team
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends
  • Current NSW RSA and RCG certifications
