Service Delivery Manager Job Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Service Delivery Manager to play a pivotal role in a high-profile transformation program. As the successful candidate, you will ensure exceptional business-as-usual (BAU) delivery from Adelaide while overseeing key delivery dates and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver BAU services to meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and drive major business projects.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, resources, and processes.
  • Be the key liaison between technical teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure transformation program outcomes are delivered on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years' experience in Service Delivery Management or Program/Project Management.
  • Experience working for a company or consultancy supporting end customers.
  • Application management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated record of successful project delivery.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, good initiative, and flexibility.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • 5-10 years' experience in Project Management in the banking finance domain.
  • Core banking knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of the Banking and Finance industry.
  • Experience in Hogan delivery projects.
  • Banking transformation experience.
