Project Delivery Manager

Leading a project delivery team, you will ensure the successful execution of projects in accordance with our established framework. Key responsibilities include establishing and managing project teams, maintaining core capabilities, facilitating continuous improvement, determining resource requirements, mentoring team members, monitoring quality outputs, and evaluating operational effectiveness.

As a strategic leader, you will drive the growth of our business by delivering engineering excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial, operational, and strategic objectives. Additionally, you will be accountable for compliance to our Project Delivery Platform, ensuring that all projects meet Verbrec's expectations and client requirements.

  • Manage the project delivery team to achieve financial, operational, and strategic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to guide the strategic direction of the business unit.
  • Ensure compliance to the Project Delivery Platform across all projects within the portfolio.
  • Develop and submit proposals in consultation with relevant engineering teams.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of all projects within the portfolio.
  • Implement measures to positively influence and control project performance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks at a portfolio level.
Requirements:

You will need a strong project management background with a minimum of 10 years' experience, including at least 5 years in engineering consulting. A Certificate IV in Project Management Practice is also essential. Commercial experience, particularly in engineering services contracts, is required. Additionally, you must have proven ability to successfully manage projects valued at $30M or more.
