At our firm, we strive to provide exceptional support to our clients in the most challenging and rewarding cases. This includes Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accidents claims.

We are seeking a highly motivated Legally Compliant Support Professional to join our National Work & Road team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our busy team, including:

  • Providing excellent client care and communication
  • Supporting the lawyer with general file management and administration
  • Coordinating appointments for lawyers and medico-legal appointments for clients
  • Communicating with clients, insurers, and other professionals in writing and verbally
What We Are Looking For

We require a candidate with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. They must also be available to work 38 hours per week, between the hours of 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
