About the Role
Our organisation is seeking a seasoned restoration professional to lead our QLD restoration business. The ideal candidate will have experience in both domestic and commercial reinstatement works, as well as strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The successful applicant will oversee a team of restoration professionals, delivering restoration outcomes for multiple small, medium to large domestic and commercial restoration projects within the insurance and facility management industries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Site-based estimating and supervision work
- Operational management of the business, including quality assurance, timeliness, safety and commercial outcomes
- Leadership and development of the restoration team
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven skills in domestic and commercial reinstatement works
- Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, and construction-related trades and suppliers
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Leadership and people management skills to effectively drive team outcomes
