About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Coordinator to join our Pathways to Early Learning & Development program. This program integrates family support and early childhood education for children aged 0-7 years, aiming to improve their experience of early childhood education by tailoring family support.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality early childhood programs and services to support children and families in the Bundaberg community. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and contribute to the growth and development of our community-focused organization.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position based at our headquarters. Travel within the Wide Bay and North Burnett area will be required, with a company vehicle available.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of early childhood programs and activities.
  • Liaise with families, schools, and community partners to understand and address the unique needs of the children and families we serve.
  • Ensure compliance with all client and departmental databases.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our early childhood services through data analysis and feedback.
  • Represent us at relevant stakeholder meetings and events.
Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children up to age 7.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and community partners.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
