Entry-Level Engineering Opportunities

The Egis Graduate Program is a two-year comprehensive development opportunity for recent graduates. It focuses on providing in-depth understanding of engineering principles and fostering innovation.

  • Support Senior Engineers in project planning, design, and execution by preparing tenders, pre-qualifications, and panel submissions.
  • Collect and analyze data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or graduating before Feb 2026 of a tertiary degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Science.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired.
  • Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
