We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a business trainee. This entry-level opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in business operations, allowing you to develop valuable skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Assist with data entry, filing, and scanning documents
- Maintain a tidy reception area, ensuring it presents a professional image
- Prioritize customer service via phone and in-person interactions
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
Requirements:
- Be eligible for a traineeship program
- Show a keen interest in developing a career in an office environment
- Present yourself well-groomed, demonstrate enthusiasm, reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Show motivation and a willingness to learn
- Holding a driver's license and owning a vehicle (optional)
