Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Junior Project Engineer to support the delivery of key projects across various industries, including mining, defence, agriculture, and transport.

This entry-level role involves coordinating with project managers, sales, drafting, and fabrication teams to ensure HSEQ and quality standards are met while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities and assist project managers in planning and delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, job packs, and bills of materials.
  • Assist with tenders, compliance requirements, and minor drafting edits on project plans.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to HSEQ and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project processes and systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, ideally mechanical (or currently studying).
  • Experience with drafting software is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • A proactive, safety-focused approach with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
