Job Title: Communications Director

This role involves supporting the CEO and partnering with internal teams to deliver integrated communications. A key focus is on managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing strategic media relations and campaigns, and daily operational management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the CEO and partner with internal teams to deliver integrated communications.
  • Manage a portfolio of diverse corporate clients.
  • Oversee strategic media relations and campaigns across the Australian media landscape on behalf of clients.
  • Daily operational management includes project management, timeline delivery, scoping, forecasting, capacity planning, invoicing, resource management, and financial reporting.
  • Team growth and leadership involve mentoring, development, and effective line-management.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in PR agency environment.
  • Previous experience with corporate or corpconsumer clients is preferred.
  • A relevant tertiary degree in communications, marketing, or public relations is desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Australian PR landscape.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
  • Confident presentation skills.
  • Creative, collaborative, and supportive team player.
