At Macquarie, we're committed to delivering effective change across our Risk Management Group. As a Senior Change Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving operational risk change by designing and leading the execution of our change management strategy.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the execution of change management strategies to drive operational risk change.
  • Partner with the Operational Risk division to drive effective management and embedment of material changes.
  • Develop tailored change plans to ensure successful delivery of operational risk change.
  • Design and implement measurement strategies to establish change readiness and execute adoption activities to maximize post-go-live adoption.



What We Offer:

  • 8+ years' experience as a Change practitioner with recent experience leading and implementing a change strategy within the Financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate complex issues in a straightforward manner.
  • Prior experience in the Operational Risk domain is highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change or an aligned field.
