We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Youth Employment Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting individuals with sustainable employment opportunities, inspiring, supporting, and guiding job seekers to unlock their full potential.
About the Role:- Motivate, coach, and identify transferable skills to help individuals thrive in the job market.
- Engage with youth job seekers, guiding them towards sustainable employment.
In order to succeed in this role, you will require:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Experience within the Employment Services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment.
- Proven success within target-driven environments.
- Dari language skills an advantage.
