Your role involves motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills to help individuals thrive in the job market. Skills and experience for this role include: * Experience within Employment Services industry will be highly regarded * Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success * Proven success within target driven environments is highly advantageous * Dari language skills will be highly regarded for this role. Who are you? We are looking for you to bring a commitment to making a difference through connecting and supporting our youth participants into sustainable employment. A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, you'll also bring experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a similar field. Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are key, alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important. Adaptability and resilience will assist you to navigate the diverse needs of job seekers and employers alike. You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes. Why join us?
