  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies in collaboration with landlords.
  • Prepare marketing material to support client advertising needs.
  • Screen and process tenancy applications, ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, legislation changes, and industry compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Proven success in commercial leasing.
  • Strong sales focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, well-presented, and confident in client interactions.
  • Driven and motivated to succeed in a competitive market.
