We are seeking a driven and experienced Leasing Professional to join a well-established property development group with a strong pipeline of commercial projects.

This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term relationships. The culture and team are excellent, making this an exciting opportunity to join one of Sydney's premier developers/builders.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing Services:

  • Proactively lease commercial properties and manage the end-to-end leasing process
  • Build, maintain, and grow a strong client network and database
  • Confidently negotiate leasing transactions to deliver positive outcomes for clients
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies in collaboration with landlords

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Proven success in commercial leasing
  • Strong sales focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, well-presented, and confident in client interactions
