Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Infrastructure Planner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of sustainable communities through innovative planning.

As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality planning advice to achieve strategic and business outcomes across all major asset classes. You will lead the delivery of complex, precinct-level planning initiatives, working collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants.

  • Coordinate detailed, costed and staged infrastructure plans for identified growth areas and development fronts.
  • Be a source of technical expertise for the broader team to drive integrated and sustainable outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment with policy and legislative frameworks.
  • Support the development of team capability to foster a high-performance, continuous improvement and customer-focused culture.
  • Build strong relationships across stakeholder groups to promote an efficient and holistic approach across the organisation.
