The role of a Financial Crime Lead encompasses supporting the design and delivery of customer due diligence systems, processes, and procedures across financial crime teams.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing applicable customer identification procedures (KYC), KYC Refresh, enhanced customer due diligence (ECDD), and other operational requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CTF) obligations. This position requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement the bank's AML/CTF program.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop customer due diligence systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the bank's AML/CTF program.
  • Develop and implement applicable customer identification procedures (KYC), KYC Refresh, and enhanced customer due diligence (ECDD).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to AML/CTF.

  • Proven experience in financial crime prevention and management.
