
Business Development Specialist

As a strategic partner in vocational education, you will play a key role in driving growth and success for our organization.
The Educator Passport is a crucial tool in achieving this goal. As the Business Partner, your responsibilities will include working closely with external stakeholders to deliver high-quality courses to educators through independent training organizations.
You will provide exceptional customer service, identify new business opportunities, and foster strong relationships with existing clients. This will require proactive engagement, a deep understanding of vocational education and training (VET) requirements, and excellent digital capability.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Project management experience
- Technical expertise across multiple platforms
- Capability building, preferably in the VET sector
- Strong understanding of educational technology, learning management systems
- Vocational education and training sector, including RTO requirements
- Ability to develop strategies to increase revenue through commercial activities
