
Neighbourhood Support Coordinator

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate different teams within each neighbourhood to ensure seamless operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Roster and schedule support for the neighbourhood, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Create correspondence and documentation as required, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements effectively, minimizing downtime.
- Maintain office supplies, order inventory, and arrange equipment maintenance or repair as necessary.
- Verify the integrity and accuracy of information within financial, human resource, and other systems and databases.
- Utilize mainstream software, including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications, at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Assist senior staff with special projects as required, demonstrating adaptability and a can-do attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Previous experience in rostering/scheduling is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Superb time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Proficiency with MS Office and database applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Confidence using smartphone and digital devices, or a willingness to develop these skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a proactive approach to workloads.
