About the Role
  • Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood is essential to delivering high-quality community care services.
  • You will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email and in person, providing efficient support and resolving queries.
  • Managing requests, concerns and inquiries requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood involves creating rosters, managing diaries and arranging travel and meetings.
  • Creativity and initiative are key when creating correspondence and documentation as requested, which may include preparing reports, letters and other written materials.
  • Organising appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements demands excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Monitoring, ordering and distributing office supplies and arranging maintenance/repair of office equipment ensures the smooth operation of the team.
  • Accuracy and integrity of information in financial, human resource and other systems and databases is crucial for effective decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, previous experience in rostering/scheduling, good time-management skills and an ability to prioritise their workload.

They will also have good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications, confidence with smartphone and digital devices or a willingness to learn.
