Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Care Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Dispatching service orders to engineers and scheduling bookings.
- Escalating customer inquiries in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Managing daily invoicing and monitoring revenue/credits.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to investigate outstanding invoices.
- Communicating with and supporting functions of the Sales and Service teams.
- Providing administrative support to the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A results-focused attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
- The ability to pick up technical information quickly.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident PC user, with high-level skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
