About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Consultant. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and supporting our Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone and email, ensuring overall satisfaction and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to address customer concerns and provide proactive solutions.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the Customer Care role, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Offer product recommendations to customers based on their previous buying history, driving sales and customer loyalty.
  • Strive for first contact resolution and meet relevant service level objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a small team, with a proactive mindset to anticipate and problem-solve.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
