We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Stryker Australia Pty Ltd. As an Associate Territory Manager - Trauma, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative Trauma products to customers within your assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics
  • Promote and sell Stryker Trauma products to customers, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Plan and execute product demonstrations and evaluations with potential customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide customers with the latest product information
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
