Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a results-oriented Showroom Manager to spearhead our dynamic team in Bankstown.

As the Showroom Manager, your primary focus will be to enhance sales performance, cultivate a collaborative and high-achieving environment, and uphold the showroom's impeccable standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize sales potential while ensuring a superior level of customer service consistently.
  • Deliver in-depth product knowledge and tailor solutions to meet customers' furnishing requirements.
  • Guide a team towards successfully meeting KPIs on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Mentor and train both new and existing staff, fostering continuous development within your team.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain robust customer relationships, and provide outstanding aftercare service.

  • Proven experience in selling high-value products.
  • A competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated individual with a drive for success.
  • Ability to lead a successful team of Sales Consultants to elevate our brand.
  • Availability to work weekends, our busiest days.
  • Presentable and suited for a premium showroom environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational abilities to inspire sales outcomes across the team.
  • Experience in managing a Retail Sales team and enhancing sales performance.
