We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Leader to join our team. As an Asset Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality asset management, property maintenance, and capital improvement projects across our housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies, including responsive, scheduled, and planned maintenance to ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and WHS requirements.
  • Manage contracts to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery that meets performance KPIs, ensuring all assets comply with certifications for essential services.
  • Project manage and maintain works from planning to completion, monitoring property condition and maintenance performance to deliver continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Deliver on compliance, reports, and budgets, developing strategies to ensure consistent standards and contribute to developing and implementing strategies that connect tenants to additional support by participating in tenant feedback and managing informal and formal appeals and complaints.
Requirements for Success
  • Extensive experience in social housing or community sector with a tertiary qualification gained in social work, business, project management, or related field, or equivalent knowledge and skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Prior experience in leadership and operational management, with ability to manage multiple projects often with conflicting deadlines, strong administration skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM package.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, high-level customer service focus, and driver's license.
