Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Business Manager to join our team in the Australasia region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Needs
    • Develop a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs through data analysis.
    • Identify and execute expansion opportunities across all product types and sales channels.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • E-Commerce
    • Lead e-commerce strategy and operational excellence for the Australasia region.
    • Drive online sales revenue growth, delivering against short-term and long-term plans.
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and experience across all touchpoints.
  • Retail
    • Partner with the Head of Consumer Automotive to redevelop and optimise retail channels in the Australasia region.
    • Support the launch and sales of new products in retail and ePartners sales channels as required.
    • Build relationships with key industry partners to develop new commercial opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management with a track record of sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, web analytics tools, and customer management tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
