Senior Oracle Cloud Transformation Lead

   We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in leading large-scale cloud transformation initiatives, leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud as the core platform. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and technical skills to deliver end-to-end solutions that drive organizational change and improve business outcomes.

   Key Responsibilities:

•    Develop compelling business cases for Oracle cloud ERP transformations, considering financial and non-financial benefits and required investments.
•    Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to manage assessments, develop cloud migration strategies, and create multi-year journey maps encompassing business process transformation and organization change management.
•    Manage client relationships, providing expert guidance to clients facing challenges or issues.
•    Support the design of cloud operating models, incorporating a broad understanding of required cloud operations capabilities, processes, roles/responsibilities, and organization structures.
•    Evaluate different products for various business functions.
•    Lead client discussions to identify issues and opportunities and deliver practical solutions.

   Thought Leadership & Practice Development:

•    Lead/participate in developing and delivering service offerings.
•    Contribute to blueprinting and designing finance transformations.
•    Provide insights on new perspectives and viewpoints on package-enabled transformations and emerging products/practices.
•    Offer patterns, best practices, and whitepapers on ERP transformation strategy and service offering-related areas.
•    Capture work products, gained insights, and intellectual property created and upload into the firm's knowledge management system.
•    Stay informed about trends in business practices and emerging technologies.
•    Actively update/up-grade levels of expertise or knowledge.
•    Demonstrate the ability to share expertise with others on the team and with the client.
•    Showcase knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on finance/accounting.

   Consulting Skills & Experience:

•    Possess strong problem-solving skills; ability to determine proper course/methodology without direction/supervision.
•    Good Program/Project Management skills, including experience interviewing client executives to gather/document business requirements, process mapping, draft scoping statements, develop project/resource/costing plans, establish/run governance models, and stakeholder communications.
•    Experience participating as a member of a project team through all phases of the project lifecycle, from scoping/planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live.
•    Ability to produce clear, concise, relevant, and accurate documentation based on captured requirements and information gathered from stakeholders/subject matter experts.
•    Strong presentation skills, extensive experience writing successful project proposals, experience planning/executing related projects, and demonstrated project management skills/experience.
•    Solid knowledge of process reengineering methodologies and process flowcharting.

   Requirements:

•    Bachelor's degree with MBA or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider four years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
•    At least 15+ years of experience implementing/managing package-enabled business transformations involving Oracle applications.
•    Business transformation and Oracle implementation experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations of Oracle at client locations using global delivery model with at least 1 with ERP Cloud.
•    Well-defined management consulting experience, including Project Management and/or Business Analysis.
•    Strong understanding of business and market dynamics, financial practices, and supportive technology advancements in Oracle ERP Cloud and other products.
•    Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
•    Proficient with industry-standard program management tools and practices.
•    Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local/state/national client locations.
