The Technology Services team offers premium, long-term professional services to customers. Our purpose is to align with the biggest technical transformation initiatives of our clients, working as part of their technology teams from start to finish.

We are comprised of highly-skilled architects and engineers who have played critical roles in technical transformations in other enterprises. They have seen firsthand what success looks like and are passionate about driving cloud adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide general and specific guidance on each step of the customer cloud transformation journey related to our product suite.
  2. Assist clients in aligning people, processes, and workflows with the Cloud Operating Model.
  3. Contribute towards building a multi-cloud adoption framework.
  4. Articulate and redefine the cloud consumption model in relation to our workflows.
  5. Assist Enterprise CxOs in articulating the business value achieved in building the correct cloud consumption model.
  6. Help increase developer velocity while satisfying governance, risk & controls objectives.
  7. Communicate the business value of our products to client executives.
  8. Articulate the technical functionality of our products to multiple audiences.
  9. Educate and advise client users on how our tools can enable and simplify adoption of the Cloud Operating Model.
  10. Coordinate various resources to assist with specific client needs.
  11. Educate individual contributors on best practices regarding system administration, service administration, automation, and observability.
