This role is all about maintaining store security, minimizing shrinkage, and ensuring operational physical security systems are in place.

Job Overview:

As a Loss Prevention Associate, you'll work closely with the Loss Prevention Manager to maintain store security, reduce criminal activity, and ensure compliance.

  • Ensure the safety and security of our stores, customers, and colleagues.
  • Complete high-profile activities such as risk assessments and compliance audits.
  • Offer exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and external partners.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need

  • A strong background in customer service, especially in Retail or Hospitality.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • A current driver's license with access to a motor vehicle (desired).
  • Ideal prior Loss Prevention experience and a relevant state security license (desired).
