Job Title: Greenkeeper Apprentice

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Greenkeeper Apprentice. As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop practical skills in turf maintenance and work towards completing a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management.

The successful applicant will support our Links course maintenance team in presenting the golf course to our community and members. You will work alongside experienced staff to gain hands-on experience and complete theoretical requirements of on-the-job training.

About the Role:
  • This is a Temporary Full-time position for up to 4 years (or duration of apprenticeship)
  • 38 hours per week
  • Competitive salary range from $584.20 per week (for a 16 year old) up to $803.30 per week (for someone aged 18 or over)
  • On-the-job training
  • Compulsory course costs paid by employer
  • Approved leave to attend TAFE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Links course maintenance team in presenting the golf course to our community and members
