This is a Casual position based at Oxenford, assisting participants and school leavers to achieve their employment goals and social inclusion under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and create individual support plans.
- Key responsibilities include building rapport with participants, facilitating group activities, and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidates must be proactive, resilient, and patient, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals who live with disability.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate is desirable, as is a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
Successful applicants will deliver high-quality person-centered support, prioritizing participant needs and promoting empowerment through vocational assistance.
