Gallery Assistant Opportunity

This role is a fantastic way to gain hands-on experience in a museum and gallery setting.

You will be the welcoming face that greets visitors and assists them in enjoying their experience. Your responsibilities include answering questions, monitoring exhibition spaces, and ensuring everything runs smoothly during weekend opening hours.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors
  • Maintain a safe and clean exhibition space
  • Assist with event setup and promotion
Key Qualifications
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence
  • Tertiary qualifications in Museum Studies, Art History, History, Arts Administration
  • Experience working in a similar cultural organisation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
