We are seeking a talented HR professional to join our People and Learning team as a People and Culture Partner. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will work collaboratively with the wider team to provide quality HR services and solutions.
This role will support and advise frontline Healthy Ageing Managers on various Human Resources functions, including award interpretation, recruitment, workforce planning, change management, performance management, grievance management, reporting, and ad-hoc projects. Some local and interstate travel may be required.
What You'll Bring- Relevant experience working in a HR environment and/or administration experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing high-priority tasks.
- A customer-focused and problem-solving approach to work.
- A pro-active attitude and a desire to learn.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining, a current Police Record Check.
Our OfferWe offer a competitive salary package, estimated at around $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
