Cadillac Sales Ambassador

Join our new Cadillac Experience Centre as a seasoned automotive sales professional. We are seeking an experienced sales consultant to drive the growth of Cadillac's presence in Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a key team member to implement customer engagement strategies, guiding customers through their educational and purchasing journey, efficiently managing leads, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Drive sales of Cadillac EVs by delivering a confident, no-pressure, and exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to post-sale support.
Responsibilities:
  1. Greet all visitors warmly and work to assess their needs and preferences with confidence and no pressure.
  2. Provide detailed information about Cadillac product offerings, including features, options, specifications, performance, and technology.
  3. Present vehicle features, advantages, and capabilities to potential buyers.
  4. Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations, including test drives.
  5. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and budget.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and provide ongoing support.
  7. Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  8. Participate in Cadillac training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer experience, and sales performance.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales transactions within the Cadillac Core customer management system.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
  11. Always represent Cadillac in a professional and positive way.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Cadillac product updates.
  13. Take initiative to improve sales skills and customer experience techniques through ongoing training and personal development.
  14. Work with leadership and other departments to deliver a seamless sales and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and technology.
  • Passion for customer experience along with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Experience conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, including price/value presentation, finance, and other sales-related paperwork.
  • Proficiency in using digital customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to customer service.
