- This is a unique opportunity to join the Cadillac team at an early stage of its entry as a pure electric vehicle brand in Australia and New Zealand.
We are seeking an experienced sales consultant who can deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales of our luxury vehicles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing customer engagement strategies, guiding customers through their purchasing journey, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
Implement Cadillac's customer engagement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Guide customers through their educational and purchasing journey, providing detailed information about our product offerings.
Efficiently manage leads and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Provide comprehensive vehicle demonstrations and test drives to potential buyers.
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and provide ongoing support.
Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales transactions within our CRM system.
- Essential Skills:
Strong understanding of luxury vehicles and market trends.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Desirable Skills:
Previous experience in a premium/luxury brand and EV industry.
Knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and technology.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term customer relationships.
