Workplace Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Experience Manager to deliver exceptional workplace experiences onsite with our banking clients. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with standards, and drive engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall workplace experience
  • Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless communication with staff and visitors
  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Drive client engagement strategies and operational experience initiatives, resulting in improved employee retention and productivity
  • Coordinate and support events, activations, and site tours, showcasing our commitment to excellence
  • Maintain internal communications to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement
  • Interface with various stakeholders, including service partners and occupants, to ensure operational requirements are met and concerns are addressed

  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • 1-2 years' experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
