Workplace Experience Coordinator Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our workplace team as a Workplace Experience Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers, managing facilities maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Develop and implement strategies to create a positive and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workplace, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to provide various services and supplies, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist with administration and facilities duties as directed by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a corporate office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Outlook skills.
  • Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in facilities, customer service, hospitality, or related roles.
