Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Workplace Experience team in Adelaide. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining a functional workplace that provides professional operation from the front desk to workplace facilities to building operations.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in facilities management or a similar role, as well as people management and leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environment obligations and initiatives, managing workplace services including concierge, meeting room booking, communications, emergency and security management, mail, events, and catering. Additionally, you will be expected to culture and engagement activities for Origin Staff and workplace team, contractor management, minor capital and operational projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Workplace Experience team in Adelaide
  • Develop and maintain a functional workplace that meets the collective and holistic needs of the business
  • Oversee health, safety, and environment obligations and initiatives
  • Manage workplace services including concierge, meeting room booking, communications, emergency and security management, mail, events, and catering
  • Culture and engagement activities for Origin Staff and workplace team
  • Contractor management, minor capital and operational projects
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in facilities management or a similar role
  • People management and leadership experience
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and lead by example
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills across the Microsoft suite of products
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service in a large organization
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and make independent decisions
