Role Overview

The Inclusion Support Educator role offers a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of children with designated or diagnosed supported needs.

This full-time position, which can also be considered as a job-share arrangement, involves working 5 days per week during the school term. The successful applicant will assess and support our services in the care for these children.

Key responsibilities include engaging with allied health services to assist with individual learning outcomes, providing support for learning and inclusion activities, and developing academic, social, and emotional skills.

  • Provide support for learning and inclusion activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completed qualification/s in children's services or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in early childhood education.
  • Sound knowledge of child development and current practices in childcare.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Frameworks.

Benefits:

This role has been evaluated as within Grade 9 of the salary structure, offering a competitive salary range from $63,235 to $75,265 per annum. In addition, 11.5% superannuation will be paid into a complying fund of your choice.

The starting salary will be determined based on the qualifications, skills, and experience of the successful candidate.

Requirements:

  • Qualification/s in children's services or a related field.
  • Experience in early childhood education.
  • Knowledge of child development and current childcare practices.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Frameworks.
