Senior Employee Relations Advisor: Make a Meaningful Impact
This pivotal role allows you to directly influence the direction and success of our People & Culture function.
You will manage and/or coordinate employee relations claims, undertake advocacy in conciliation/mediation conferences, and lead workplace investigations.
Key qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Law, Human Resources or Industrial Relations, with a minimum of 5 years' experience providing employee relations advice.
Previous experience in advocacy and defence of cases in the Fair Work Commission is also essential.
Sound knowledge of employment-related legislation and frameworks is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and/or coordinate employee relations claims.
- Undertake advocacy in conciliation/mediation conferences.
- Lead workplace investigations.
- Prepare case management documentation.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
- Minimum 5 years' experience providing employee relations advice.
