Talenza is seeking a highly skilled Strategic PMO Expert to join a leading financial services organisation.

As a key member of the team, you will bring a deep understanding of program management principles and experience performing end-to-end responsibilities to support major programs or portfolios.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Program Governance: Support and coach program workstream team members to fulfill their reporting obligations for governance forums and EPMO requests.
  • Supporting Common Ways of Working: Apply practitioner knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, frameworks, techniques, and tools in a pragmatic, consistent way for Stream Leads and Project Managers.
  • Program Planning: Support the Streams to further enhance future financial year delivery planning, analysis, and costing, and to review and update the Program Integrated Plan monthly to reflect any changes.

Experience Required:

  • Extensive practitioner delivery experience in projects, programs, and/or portfolios.
  • Proven ability in bringing progressive clarity and uplift to ambiguous delivery situations.
  • Demonstrated experience in administering working groups and executive-level governance forums.

Location: City with office attendance 2 days/week
Salary: $140k - $180k package (inclusive of superannuation)
