We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the position of Registered Nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, utilizing their nursing and interpersonal skills to make a positive impact on their lives.
- Provide high-quality care that meets the needs of our residents.
- Develop lasting relationships with residents and their families through empathy and understanding.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Administer treatment and ongoing support to residents in a timely and effective manner.
- Leverage innovative technology to enhance the quality of care and improve resident outcomes.
We require a Registered Nurse with a current registration and at least five years of experience working in an aged care setting. A background in leadership, specifically as a Nurse In Charge, is highly valued. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
