Job Summary

Ambassadors of exceptional service are required to deliver a warm and memorable experience for our guests in the club lounge.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Tending bar and serving food to guests in the club lounge is essential.
  • Receiving daily updates on hotel requests and taking action accordingly.
  • Maintaining the club lounge in a presentable and clean state at all times.
  • Assisting with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
  • Understanding guest requirements and engaging with each customer experience.
  • Supporting the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting legendary service and enabling future bookings.

Requirements

  • Holding up-to-date RSA certification.
  • Possessing relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Having working rights in Australia.
  • Being enthusiastic about career progression.
  • Displaying self-motivation, drive and energy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
  • Possessing a passion for food and beverage, including local wines, coffee and cocktails.
  • Showing continuous motivation to improve knowledge and skills.
  • Exhibiting a genuine desire to positively impact guest experience.
