Job Description:

As a skilled trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and mentoring a group of young trainees in construction and conservation projects across sites in Bundaberg. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that contract specifications and scheduling requirements are met while maintaining tools and equipment.

Key responsibilities include performing grounds and garden maintenance tasks, managing and training the team, and fostering a positive Workplace Health and Safety culture. You will also be required to promote active compliance and lead by example to encourage independence and wellbeing among the team members.
