Job Role Overview

The Automation Engineer Graduate will play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and uptime of our Goods-To-Person infrastructure, which serves as the backbone of our fulfillment operations.

In this hands-on position, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, DC Operations and Planning to align labor and automation strategies, analyze system and operational data to maximize output and ensure consistent lead times at optimal costs, and develop and enhance scalable processes across low, medium and peak demand periods.

We are seeking an individual with a strong technical foundation, emerging leadership skills, and a natural drive to lead. You will have a degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, natural leadership qualities, a proactive mindset with strong attention to detail, and flexibility in adapting to rotating shifts.

This is a practical, fast-paced role with visibility across the full operation. You will learn rapidly, contribute meaningfully, and be part of a team that values curiosity, accountability, and action.

As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively to design, implement, and maintain efficient automated systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and infrastructure.

You will be responsible for analyzing system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.
